Meet Mark
A longtime Boonton resident dedicated to our community.
Mark Wrobel has proudly called Boonton home for more than 46 years. A Boonton Public Schools graduate, Mark and his wife, Ketal, who works in Boonton, have raised their family in town since 2003 — their older son graduated from Boonton High School, and their younger son from Morris Catholic High School.
Mark grew up playing in Boonton’s local sports programs and gave back by coaching youth athletes across the area — Tri-Town Little League, recreational basketball, and MLBTB Soccer Club, along with managing teams in the Parsippany Soccer Club and travel basketball. Professionally, he brings nearly 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial real estate finance and business management, from the landscaping business he started here as a teenager to the small business he has operated in Boonton since 2021. A lifetime Republican and longtime Ward 1 resident, Mark has served on Boonton’s Planning Board/Board of Adjustment since 2018, and he’s ready to work with the Mayor, fellow Council members, residents, and community organizations to make Boonton an even better place to live, work, and raise a family.
